Centrioles

Centrioles are only found inside animal cells. Each animal cell has two centrioles that are mostly located near the nucleus of the cell. This organelle is a set of nine groups of fused microtubules that arranged in a tube-like structure.
The Function of the centrioles is to help the cell with cell division, they help organize the assembly of the microtubules. They also replicate during mitosis and meiosis and form cilia and flagella.

Vacuole

Vacuole is located inside both plant and animal cells, although it is much larger in the plant cell and located near the middle of the cell. The membrane-bound organelle that is a sack of fluid filled with nutrients and waste products.
Vacuoles have the functions of the storage the nutrients and waste products, helping increase the cell size during cell growth, and the play an important role in plant structure and support.

Peroxisomes

Peroxisomes are found in all Eukaryotic cells throughout the cytoplasm. Peroxisomes are membrane bound that breakdown long fatty acids and are used in the synthesis process of plasmalogen.
Mitochondria

Mitochondria is a double membrane-bound organelle that is located inside of plant and animals cytoplasm. The mitochondria provides the cell with energy to move, divide, and produce products. This organelle is known as the power center for the cell.
Lysosomes

Lysosomes are scattered through out the cytoplasm and is most common in animal cells but also found in plant cells. The lysosomes of a cell are used to digest material like food, waste material, and even break down the cell when it dies off.
Ribosomes

Ribosomes are made of two subunits located through out the cytoplasm and rough endoplasmic reticulum of plant and animal cells. Ribosomes synthesize the proteins of the cell and link the amino acids together to form polypeptides. The messenger RNA is moved and the transfer RNA adds the amino acids.
Desmosomes

Desmosomes are thickened patches that appear in the cell membrane between two cells, it contains special proteins. The desmosomes of a cell are the providers of strong adhesion between cells.
Gap Junctions

Gap Junctions are intercellular channels that are located in the plasma membrane of adjacent cells. The channels are inside the cell and allow the free passage between the cells ions and small molecules. They allow them to pass between the different cells cytoplasm.
Tight Junctions

Tight Junctions are found in the aptical region around the cell's circumference. These junctions are in charge not only to hold the cell together but also to block the fluid from passing between cells.
